The scene plays out as a daytime meeting rather than a nighttime one, which is a small but notable choice — most of GTA’s underworld-deal scenes in past games lean heavily into neon-lit night sequences.

Nothing in the footage confirms Effluvia as a location players can freely visit outside of missions, though its prominent placement suggests it’s more than a one-scene backdrop.
